säntis packaging is a specialist in the manufacture of extruded sheets, with and without high barrier properties, for the production of thermoformed plastic parts on classic thermoforming lines as well as for form-fill-seal lines.

With the knowledge gained from decades of research, we design tailor-made solutions for the special requirements of the end product: optimum aroma protection, adjusted shelf life, sterilisability and much more.

For defined resealability, we extrude sheets with seal and peel properties.

Sensible balancing act between functionality and sustainability.

The health of people and our planet is of great concern to us. We are therefore very eager to provide for each application the right packaging solution. However, food packaging made of food is not always the best answer.

Closures made to measure.

With our closure systems we make our packaging portionable and re-sealable. In our injection moulding department we manufacture complex hinged, twist or folding closures, while the deep-drawn lids usually only have to fulfil a snap function.

MOPRO stands for dairy products and, at Säntis, for the widest variety of cups and lids for the milk-processing industry. 

With a modern machine park for decorative purposes, we can offer all finishing technologies currently available on the market. These range from dry offset printing, sleeves, in-mold labeling (IML), labeling to the assembly of accessories such as cutlery.

Our range is complemented by matching closures and lids, ensuring high product protection and hygienic resealability.
